First Class Structures is a general contracting company founded to help meet the building and remodel needs of Northern California in Sonoma County. The company is a General Partnership fully owned and operated by Michael LaMark and Bill Bergman. We are Bonded and Insured and both of the Partners hold their own personal Class B General Contracting License from the State of California.

The Partners bring together a remarkable number of years of experience. Over 60 years of combined service in the construction and construction management sector of the industry. Theaters of operation are in both residential and commercial construction. These areas include both new and remodel construction, to include door and window installation. First Class Structures provides service and support in a true community effort, engaging dozens of partners to help plan, promote and support St Rose Catholic Schools and St Rose Church in Santa Rosa, California. One of the ways we help support superior education for our kids and help control costs for that education is to work with the Dads Club, Advisory Council, Parent Association, and Extended Care Program and to help raise needed funds for school projects. A one hour DVD of student musical will be available thru St Rose this spring. Every parent should have a copy of this event... the kids were great!
